  • We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • Orders once placed cannot be modified. Please review your order before confirming.

  • In rare cases, if an item becomes out of stock after ordering, we will contact you for alternatives or cancellation.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across Pakistan using reliable courier partners.

  • Delivery timelines: 2–3 working days in Karachi, 5–7 days in other cities.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen events or courier issues. We are not liable for such delays once the product is dispatched.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer a 14-day return policy for incorrect, damaged, defective, or incomplete items.

  • Change of mind is not a valid reason for return.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible.
